Shipping, Returns & Print Care

Production

Every print is produced on demand by our print partner using archival giclée inks on museum-grade paper. These are unsigned, open-edition prints.

Shipping times

• United States: 5–10 business days after production.
• International: 10–21 business days after production, depending on customs.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size and destination. All prints ship in rigid mailers or protective tubes.

Returns & exchanges

Because prints are made to order, all sales are final. If your print arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and print, and we will replace it at no charge.

Print care

• Handle with clean, dry hands or cotton gloves.
• Keep away from direct sunlight, high humidity, and heat sources.
• Use acid-free mats and UV-protective glazing when framing.
• Do not apply tape or adhesive directly to the print surface.
